The National Secretariat for Drug Policies and Asset Management (SENAD) of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) is committed to implementing the National System for the Prevention of Alcohol and Other Drugs (SINAP) with the support of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), based on the International Guidelines on Drug Use Prevention.
SINAP aims to integrate and promote the coordination of a set of evidence-based interventions and policies, thereby systematizing access to information, prevention initiatives, and the management of policies, actions, and programs for the prevention of alcohol and other drug use at all three federal levels.
