UNODC’s Health and Social Development arm addresses drug use and HIV prevention, treatment, care and support among member states. This is achieved through adoption and implementation of comprehensive, evidence-based, gender and youth responsive national and regional responses.

We provide technical assistance to member states. This strengthens their capacity to tackle drug use and to eliminate the spread of HIV.
