The UNODC Liaison Office in New York (NYLO) is a strategic presence in New York responsible for relations with other UN entities, intergovernmental bodies, and with Member States' Permanent Missions to the UN in New York. The Office is tasked with promoting a better understanding of UNODC's mandate to all institutions including UN entities, Permanent Missions, NGOs, and the general public to enhance cooperation and develop joint ventures through policy dialogues and advocacy. In addition, the Office keeps our colleagues at UNODC Headquarters in Vienna and the Field Office network in 97 countries updated on developments at UN Headquarters.
