Student assessment
This section provides suggestions for post-class assignments for the purpose of assessing student understanding of the Module. Suggestions for pre-class or in-class assignments are provided in the Exercises section.
As noted in the Module, victims' testimonies in trafficking cases appear to be key to successfully prosecute traffickers, and yet they pose many challenges. Ask your students to write an essay identifying the challenges of collecting and using testimonies from trafficked victims and suggesting ways to overcome these challenges, within a victim-centred approach, and with the aim to increase successful prosecution of trafficking cases. Essays should be no longer than 2500 words.
