In accordance with General Assembly resolution 75/282 and the road map and mode of work approved at its first session, the Ad Hoc Committee to Elaborate a Comprehensive International Convention on Countering the Use of Information and Communications Technologies for Criminal Purposes, established by the General Assembly in its resolution 74/247, will held its fourth session from 9- 20 January 2023 in Vienna.
