The International Day of Friendship is celebrated on 30 July every year. With friends, we feel safe, loved and become the best version of ourselves. Through friendship, we promote and defend a shared spirit of human solidarity. And also through friendship, we continue to develop and grow relationship skills and other social and emotional skills, which are all strong foundations of substance use prevention.
Youth alumni from the Youth Initiative network have shared their thoughts on what friendship means to them. We’re pleased to present their ideas here. Take a look and find inspirations!
