The second Constructive Dialogue on the Smuggling of Migrants was convened on Monday, 9 October 2023, following the 10th session of the Working Group on the Smuggling of Migrants, in accordance with paragraph 53 of the Procedures and rules for the functioning of the UNTOC review mechanism.
