Women Can is a campaign that profiles women and men in leadership positions. It focuses on the sharing of advice for women from women leaders and men with successful careers in the criminal justice sector. Women Can wants to inspire, empower, and facilitate learning from lived experiences for women working in criminal justice or that are considering a career in the sector. It wants to mobilize leaders of institutions, tasked with addressing human trafficking and migrant smuggling, to promote institutional level reform to ensure better representation and promotion of women.
