In accordance with General Assembly resolution 75/282 and the road map and mode of work approved at its first session, the Ad Hoc Committee to Elaborate a Comprehensive International Convention on Countering the Use of Information and Communications Technologies for Criminal Purposes, established by the General Assembly in its resolution 74/247, held its third session from 29 August to 9 September 2022 in New York.
