VIENNA, 23 January 2008 (UNODC) - Countries which have signed or ratified the United Nations Convention against Corruption will hold a high-level meeting in Bali, Indonesia, from 28 January to 1 February 2008 to review implementation of the Convention and consider ways of stepping up international efforts to prevent and fight corruption.
Mr. Antonio Maria Costa, Executive Director, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), and Dr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, President of Indonesia, will hold a press conference on Monday 28 January at 11.30 a.m. in the Auditorium of the Bali International Convention Centre, Nusa Dua, Indonesia.
