IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: In line with the latest measures introduced by the host country in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, please note that, until further notice, UNCAC-related intergovernmental meetings scheduled to take place in November 2020 at the Vienna International Centre will be held in an online format only. The meeting times will be as follows: 11 a.m-1 p.m. and 3 p.m.-5 p.m.
An informal document, containing a programme for the meetings of the subsidiary bodies of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption to be held from 16 to 18 November is available here. The official documentation for each meeting is available on the website of each subsidiary body.
Invitations were distributed prior to the introduction of the latest measures and indicated the possibility to register delegates for in-person participation, which is no longer an option. Delegations are advised that they may register up to two delegates with a speaking role and up to two delegates with an observer role. Due to technical limitations of the interpretation platform, the secretariat might have to revisit the allotted registration numbers closer to the meeting dates.
A new registration system called "INDICO" has been introduced for the intergovernmental meetings serviced by the secretariat to the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption. The link to the INDICO registration form has been sent to you in the invitation letters.
