VIENA, Austria – octubre de 2023: Sustancias, que pueden denominarse cannabinoides semisintéticos, ya que pueden fabricarse a partir de cannabidiol (CBD), siguen notificándose al SAT de UNODC (véase septiembre de 2023 – SAT de UNODC: Número de NSP notificadas por primera vez, en su nivel más bajo en 10 años).
Desde 2022, un total de 26 países han notificado cuatro cannabinoides semisintéticos diferentes: hexahidrocannabinol (HHC), acetato de hexahidrocannabinol (HHC-acetato), hexahidrocannabiforol (HHCP) y - notificado por primera vez en 2023 - CBD hidrogenado o tetrahidrocannabidiol (H4-CBD). Hasta ahora, todos los informes de cannabinoides semisintéticos han sido presentados por países de Europa. Desde 2022 hasta octubre de 2023, el HHC ha sido notificado por 25 países y el acetato de HHC, el HHCP y el H4-CBD por tres países cada uno. Un total de 27 reportes de cannabinoides semisintéticos fueron presentados en 2022 y se contabilizan 40 reportes hasta octubre de 2023, con la mayoría de ellos relacionados con HHC.
