VIENNA, Austria – December 2024: The decision adopted by the Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) during its 67th Session, from 18 to 22 March 2024, to add 3-chloromethcathinone (3-CMC), Dipentylone and 2-fluorodeschloroketamine to Schedule II and Bromazolam to Schedule IV of the Convention on Psychotropic Substances of 1971, entered into force on 3 December 2024.
Previously, on 6 June 2024, the decision adopted by the CND to add
Butonitazene to Schedule I of the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961, as amended by the 1972 Protocol, entered into force.
