NDS Version 5.1.11 is installed in Uruguay
UNODC�s enhanced NDS (National Database System) version 5 has gained official governmental acceptance during the user-group meeting in Canada from 10^th - 12^th March 2003. As a response to government's acceptance of the system and previously received request a mission to facilitate the upgrade from NDS 4.05 to NDS 5.1, customization of reports and training took place.

Uruguay as the first NDS 5.1 user in South America received a follow up visit which helped to move them to production status, as well as to expand their current installations and setup NDS 5.1.11 servers for customs, police and ministry of 'Prefectura Naval'.  The mission was successful in moving Uruguay to production status, as well as setting up and testing the remote support using MS - Terminal services.
