The Blue Book is an online data platform containing contact details of all permanent/ observer missions accredited to the United Nations Office at Vienna. The UNOV Protocol Service updates this information on a daily basis, based on the information provided by its permanent missions. The Blue Book is published for information purposes only and is intended for use by missions and the Secretariat.
