Campaign #igivehope offers support to victims of human traffing
Brasilia, 27 July, 2015 - As part of the actions referring to 30 July, the World Day against Trafficking in Persons, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, UNODC, launches a hashtag #igivehope. In 2014, the campaign had great success with the engagement of various people, all over the world, who sent their pictures shaping a heart with their hands.
This year's campaign continues, asking social network users to take pictures and post using the hashtag #igivehope. The idea is to express the solidarity with thousands of victims of human trafficking, giving them back what was stolen from them: the hope.
