In May 2014, the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors under national control was amended by Government Resolution no. 373 of May 31, 2010, to include several new psychoactive substances. The substances placed under control include: 5-MeO-DMT; 5-MeO-DIPT; 4-MMC; JWH-073; JWH-007; JWH-200; JWH-122; JWH-081; JWH-018; JWH-175; HU-210; and TFMPP.

In 2014, the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors under control was amended by Government Resolution 712 of 26 December 2014, to include an additional 11 new psychoactive substances. The substances placed under control include: AB-PINACA-CHM; ADBICA; B-22; 5F-ADBICA; Methyl 1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indole-3-carboxylate; FUBIMINA; AB-FUBINACA; AB-PINACA; RH-34; Dimethoxy-PVP; 2C-I.
