Description:
Since 2007, the main piece of drug legislation in Israel, the Dangerous Drug Ordinance 5733-1973 (Schedule I), has been amended to include new psychoactive substances in the list of controlled substances. For instance, BZP, 1,4-butanediol, 2C-C, 2C-E were scheduled in 2007 [See Notice 5767-2007]; butylone and MDPV in 2010 (Notice (No.2) 5769-2009) and buphedrone and MDPPP in 2010 (Notice 5770-2010), among other NPS.
