Since 2009, a number of NPS have been included in the list of controlled substances "List of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and plants from which narcotic drugs and substances that could be used for making drugs" (OPOJNIH DROGA, PSIHOTROPNIH TVARI I BILJAKA IZ KOJIHSE MOŽE DOBITI OPOJNA DROGA TE TVARI KOJE SE MOGU UPORABITI ZA IZRADU OPOJNIH DROGA). These include BZP, several 2C- compounds, MeOPP, PMMA, TFMPP and ketamine.
